This is the area of law we know best, and we do not need to dabble in other legal fields. We represent owners of properties in construction defect cases against contractors, developers, and design professionals. We prosecute insurance claims for property damage and work to collect money from insurance companies to help our clients repair their properties. Lastly, we do work for a select group of general contractors and developers, applying our knowledge of construction law to their needs.
